Thanks maas for the information, i did manage to buy the maps, but now there a new problem,mytomtom and my device is connect but tomtom home dont want to connect with my device , im now sitting with a 100euros of maps without useing it, please help me, if u have skype please add me on tooi 007

you don't need the TT Home application but the MyTomTom support application as maas already described. You'll get that application using the link below.

I have the TomTom7150 Pro. I have purchased a map for USA/Canada/Mexico, and have received the e-mail for proof of purchase. When I go to my account on the TomTom page, it shows that I have two maps. The European that is already installed on my device, and the above mentioned one, that I still have to install. However, when I click on the "INSTALL" nothing happens.

which browser do you use? If you use IE especially on Vista or Win7 please try running it in compatibility mode to XP or try another browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
Also make sure you've got enough memory capacity left on your hard disk drive (at least 8GB recommended).
Further check that your MyTT application is allowed to fully access the internet and isn't blocked by any antivirus or firewall software. If you use the preconfigured setup of the MyTT application you'll have to open TCP port 443 and internet port 4000 for your application to successfully communicate with TT's servers.
At last check that the flash application is the same version (32bit or 64bit) as your browser.
If there's an application update available please install that one first without any other updates. After a successful installation please disconnect your device, perform a soft reset (no settings will be lost). Just press and hold the power button until you hear the drum roll (approx. 15 seconds). Now clear the cache of both the MyTT application as well as your browser and download and install the other updates.

I have tried to install it on 2 laptops, as well as the pc. With all 3 of them I was unsuccesfull to install it. Do you maybe have a number where I can contact you on please. I am really desperate at this point!!!
