Map update service (tomtom go 910)


I'd like to subscribe to the map update service. I have 4 maps installed on my GO 910. The update service states that update is for already installed maps only. However when I try to purchase the update it only suggests for the Western Europe map (active map on device) while the others (North America, Guam, Canary Islands) are not detected.

Do i need to switch maps to get them all updated or is the service only valid for 1 map (i.e the activated one) ?

1 map update service 1 map. The 4 different maps would need 4 services, as far as I am concerned.
