Dear Tom Tom,
I have a slight issue with my Via LIVE 120, I wanted to speak to someone, but you don't bother actually having any contact phone numbers printed on your website, aside from if I want to invest in your company, or am a member of the press. I tried your 'Live chat', but you didn't have anyone who wanted to talk to me. I would have emailed, but an email address on this site is as elusive as a phone number. I would rather have not used the forum, but find I have no alternative.
Firstly, I bought the Euorpean Maps for my Tom Tom, to find they wouldn't install because there was only a paltry 2Gb of memory on the device. I bought a micro SD card to increase the memory, but despite it fitting nicely into the SD card slot, it doesn't work. I subsequently found out that despite having the slot, it isn't actually connected for this device. I would like a refund on the maps I cannot use.
I also just paid for a regional Live Update subscription for a year, yet when the receipt arrived it said it was for Europe. I live in the UK, but guess that means that I won't get live updates in the UK. Can you change it over, please.
Sorry for doing this on the forum, but I have wasted days of my time trying to sort all of this out and you have made it very hard to actually speak to you.
Yours in frustration,
Mark

Many thanks, I was just losing any hope of getting through to them.
Cheers,

To Those "Fat Cats" @ TomTom,
What the F??? I paid less for my device than you are wanting for an updated map. Are you guys that desprite for money? Really? Honestly, It would be cheaper to just go out and buy a whole new device from another GPS company rather than pay the OUTRAGOUS Fee for an updated map. I would be more inclined to pay $1.99 to $4.99 for an update, But $72.00? ALL AT ONCE? That is just too much. I can go back to a paper map for less than $5.00.
Thanks for the memories....
