I bought Via1435TM at USA for business travel. And recently I need Europe maps also for business travel. I would like to buy and download European Maps to my Via 1435tm. But I cannot, because my registered e-mail address is Japan.
Is there any idea to download the Tom Tom map from outside of tom tom covered countries. Actually I live in Japan and use USA tom tom Site.
But unfortunately it seems like that this is not a payment problem. Maybe my question is that how to buy the download map from outside of Tom Tom supported countries (45 countries, listed on the select country Flags). I can create the My Tom Tom account with my Japanese e-mail address. But when I purchase the map, it is not possible to proceed beyond the sign-in step because of e-mail address. If you have any idea to solve the problem, could you please let me know. Thank you. The error message is following;
There is no MyTomTom account found with this e-mail address or password. However XXXX@XX.jp is registered in JP. You can go back to the homepage of your country, or create a new account with a different e-mail address for the current site.
