I just bough my TomTom VIA 1500 (Model 4EN52 Z1230) serial number BL3192G95058.
The first day I used it, I connected it to MyTomTom, and used my activation code to obtain "lifetime" map update.
The activation went OK and I downloaded the latest map.
After a few days, I received a message for update my maps, so I reconnect to MyTomTom, and surprisingly it says that maps can be downloaded for 90 days only.. So I checked my activation status and it seems that I have NOT activated the device. This is an issue, because I DID activate the lifetime map update, but then I threw away the activation code, since I thought I would not need it anymore.
What can I do to restore my lifetime map update??
I tried to find a phone number to call on the website but I was unsuccessful.
Please advise.

I bought a map update and have a receipt so its paid for. Cant acheive the download to my Via 180 [BH3201C06059] even though the connection is OK. Seems I may need an activation code which I now dont have. How do I get one/it.
