I bought a new devise and first thing I did was hook it up to get the updated maps and download new voices
well after I get the whole thing up and running it tells me I have 5 new items to download

Not great . i press get items and it says my devise is up to date ( its not )
I call customer service and explain my problem , the person on the phone spent an hour of helping me and an hour of keeping me on hold to tell me that it is a problem on there side and to try again in the morning
two days later still no good
I call again and the girl tells me I need to update my computer and then it will work
so I do all the recomended updates and even add recomended software that i didnt want
nope ! still not working
so I call again this time the girl tells me its a know issue and I need to wait 15 days and try again
well the reason I purchased this tom tom was because I am taking a road trip vacation in about 15 days and here I am with an outdated GPS
can someone help ?
