Nothing explains what an earth the update is for, which might help me swallow this muck up.... Unfortunately this scuppered our holiday as we had already taken off before the email had arrived. V angry at the timing. also V angry at returning from hols to have to spend anxious time updating to find - no maps found and then no easy solution! My Via Live 120 replaced a very expensive go 910 which packed up after a year. Tom Tom you are not likely to get another sale from us. Any help to get us back on the road would be appreciated - as currently stuck on 'no maps found!' As our device is just 12 months old I am anticipating another V angry coming on as you are going to ask me to put my hand in my pocket for a map after errasing our! Lets hope not as surely this is a breach of contract.
