Map installation

My GO 520 currently has the UK and ROI map installed (and has done since purchase in 06)

We are looking to visit Europe in the near future hence the thought of purchasing the Europe Single Map

The Map in question covers UK and Ireland aswell as Europe according to the description.

My question is would it be adviseable to remove the current UK ROI map from the device (as this would be covered by the new map) or leave it on (for whatever reason)

Best to leave it, if there is enough space for both maps. In case you need the space, just move the UK and RoI map to your PC, maybe save it to a DVD or CD. Before you make the purchase, make sure you have enough space, and that you used the TomTom HOME application, to purchase the map. Also make a manual backup of the device, before the purchase.
