Something went wrong while i have the device connected to my computer, and i had to erase all in the device memory
I installed the program and the voices and everything, using tomtom home, but i can't get back the maps i had, whats the solution? without having to buy the maps again?
Copy everything from your device to the computer via Explorer, hidden files inclusive. Than go to TomTom HOME, Manage My GO, delete everything from the hard drive, format the TT's internal storage, and try to update again.
In case this didn't help, give a call to customer services.
