Did you happen to make a backup by any chance? You can also go in Manage My One (or XL) in TT HOME, and have a look at there. You should have maps and such on your hard drive.
Hi,thankyou for the reply and im afraid no maps are on my hard drive and the only maps in my tom tom home i have to pay for and all i did was update my sat nav and lost everything,cant even get the free basic ones.
Contact CS. Since the c.ck up is due to their buggy software, they have to activate a map update for you. I would try to push it even for a latest map, for the inconvenience.
