I recently downloaded a new map for my existing device (Live XL IQ Routes). I have successfully installed the map and under "My XL", the total number of maps showing as installed on the device is 2 - the original UK one and the new one (New Zealand). Both are named in the list.
However, when I go "manage maps - switch map" the only option showing is the original UK map, the new NZ map is not there. Anyone else have this problem or a fix for it?
Any and all assitance greatly received.

I have the same problem, but with the map of Italy. So far the advice I have received from technical help has not resolved the problem.

Hi again. Have tried the flash tool nearly 10 times and still has no effect. Have tried removing and re-installing the new map - still not visable. Any other suggestions?

What happens, when you go to Operate my Device in HOME? Can you change it there?

Hi. After spending this evening uninstalling and reinstalling the map, running windows bug fixing tool and deleting and reinstalling tomtom home I now have it showing on tomtom home when I go to 'operate device' but it is still not visable when I unplug the device from the computer.
Any other thoughts or suggestions greatfuly received!
