I have bought the most recent map of the UK and Northern Ireland. I have got at least two emails to say that the purchase went through. I began to download the new map however 36% in my computer went into standby mode meaning that the download was stopped. I waited for it to restart, it did not. I refreshed the page, it came up with 36% again but did not continue. I have paid for this product and want my map as my TomTom is not functioning without it. What can I do?
