Map installation

I'm not getting anywhere with updating my TomTom I have Home installed. I dont see 'manage my device' in which I want to Share a map or check anything

What model do you have and what version of Home are you using, Home 2 or MyTomTom (which should ONLY be used for 1X, 2X or Via models)?

I have  XL IQ Routes 340s-2gb. My home version is 3.0.2.267

You are using the wrong version of Home. The MyHome 3x is only for 1X, 2X and Via models.

I updated my Home version and I made any and all updates to my TomTom.....Thank You !

ps. My TomTom told me, its been  21 months since new and that I had to update it....
