this may not be the right forum to ask,but i'll try anyway...............since i have downloaded tt home and have been using tt web site my computer has been opening to the tt site at start up!!!!.............i am not computer ill-iterate, but i sure can't find the right button to push to get me back in control of what i want my computer to do on start up.............i like my tt but it isn't the first thing that i want to look at in the morning..........

Are you talking about Home 2 or MyTomTom (the web based app) that you are using?

it's a tom tom website page..........i can't find it when trying any of the options on the tom tom site toolbar.......

Okay, let me rephrase..

Are you using Home 2 on your computer and, if so, go into Preferences, General, and UNCHECK the choice to start when the computer is turned on.

It is the same if you are using MyTomTom, go to settings / general and untick the automatic startup of MyTomTom

I'm having the same problem with My Tomtom3.  I'm struggling to find the Tomtom settings/preferences option - please can you help me.

Should be when you click the desktop icon for MyTomTom.

I finally managed to find this option on the TomTom icon hidden in the bottom right toolbar for Xp.  None on the other icons seem to have the Settings option.  At least I've managed to get rid of this annoyance!

I am having the same exact problem with TomTom's homepage. I DI D NOT ASK FOR IT TO TAKE OVER MY BROWSER. I have my homepage and Google and I want to keep it that way, go away TomTom!!!
