My Tom Tom VIA 1405 will not turn on. I've tried holding the star button anywhere from just tapping it to holding it for 15 seconds. Has anyone else had this problem and is there somewhere I can return this unit for repair. It has only been on once since I have had it.

Have you tried to hold it for over a minute? Is your battery definitely charged?

I Have the same problem with my VIA 1505, have you found a work around? Hope I don't have to return.
