You are not the only one. Whether you know it is safe is of little comfort to a distant server. Certain files are known to be good cover for malware. TomTom CS is looking into this.

You are not allone, actually we - some of this community and I - are trying to solve a similar problem (Error 500). I am using Win7 / Kaspersky / TT XXL IQ Routes with high speed connection.
