My TOM TOM GO LIVE1000 cannot to connect MY TOMTOM, but the connection with my acount it's OK, what can I do?
I have clicked an 'Add to TomTom' button. Unfortunately, TomTom HOME cannot add the item to my TomTom device because there is something wrong with the button.
Please help me to resolve the problem, thank you indeed for all suggestions!
From where are you seeing the 'Add To' button? If a route or location in Google maps, don't think it works for the 1X (or 2X or Via or Smart 2X) models.

You are wrtiting about MyTomTom and TomTom Home. Which of both do you use ? "Add to" sounds more like you are using Home and if so, Home will not work with your Live 1000.
