I was asked if I wanted to renew the live services at 50 Euros.

I tapped on the TT OK.

I followed the link from my e-mail and I was asked to pay £48, which is 58 Euros.

How do I get the payment listed in Euros so I can pay the lower price?

Which country shows in the top right corner of www.tomtom.com when you try to purchase? You can't purchase just from the UK, if your TT account is registered in the UK.

Give a call to customer services and refer to that message that you've got about the 50 Euros.

I got the renewal price on my TTGo 1005 direct in Euros.

I followed the link generated from my TT e-mail account, and the price had changed to GBP but at a very poor exchange rate!

I will have to give them a call as I can't get through on their live chat.
