None of the above:-) - just a happy TomTom user
I was inconvenienced like everyone else, but there are always ways to work around things.
Am I feeling ripped off, - why should I be? I still have my device (825), the services are working again.
Life goes on. Whether one decides to cruise, or walk across the 'stumblingstones' of anger and frustration is a matter for each Individual to decide.
As mentioned in an earlier post; " you cannot move forward by keeping on looking in the rearview mirror"
Good luck.

Get real! Live services are not back to normal. Please advise where I can get assistance as all the info provided - mostly from bloggers rather than Tom Tom, has failed. I have a Via180 and can't even seem to update the updated software. Very very frustrated.

My LIVE services (downtown London) never even disappeared (OK-OK...only once, for 1 minute).

FWIW here in Perth WA, Live services were 95% OK yesterday but today in constant use for the last 11 hours everything is 100% functional.
