Try a reset of the unit by holding the power button about 10 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

I think that the whole issue has been dealt with in a deplorable manner. There has been no positive acknowledgement and/or solution to the fact that some of us are still without a service we have paid for. When one purchases a service it is to have that service in full, and if not, then to be compensated. I feel that TomTom are not listening or valuing their customers.

I also still do not have live services with the 1535M here in Toledo Ohio. It's been out for quite some time. All I really use the GPS for on a daily basis is traffic updates as I already know the way.

Try to contact CS. In the States they don't use Vodafone.

Call a thing (GPS device) whatever you like........but not people............these forums are about helping real people and many (voluntarily) are doing their very best at it, without reward, except an occasional thank you from other users.
