Best to check with Comet. I think only in the first 28 days they deal with it, from there onwards until 20/04/12 should be TT directly. They supposed to give you an RMA and arrange for collection (at least that's how I had my repair on a previous unit).
Is it still under warranty? In case it is, CS should RMA it for you.
