I have the same problem on my 2535 Live. I had this problem escalated. I was told to call back in about 5 days if I don't hear anything.???

It seems that it is impossible to renew the LIVE services in the USA. An earlier poster said to look on Amazon to purchase the "renew" but I can't find it. If you read the Amazon reviews, the GPS gets good reviews at first, but many reviewers go back and complain that they cannot renew the LIVE services either. TOM TOM customer service is USELESS also. Guess I will be shopping for a new Garmin or magellan. I will NEVER buy a TOM TOM product again.
