How do I correct password mistake in My Services?

Hi,

After an update, some scary green screens and lots of swearing on holiday my XL decided it didn't know who it was anymore. Returning home I've solved it thanks to this forum & using Operate my device.  Phew.  BUT I've had to input my username & password into My Services again in order to access my account and being a muppet, I've gone and put in the wrong password. Now  it doesn't give you the option to input these details again easily, and I can't work out how get it to ask for my password again so I can change the incorrect password.  My unit just keeps telling me Live services are unavailable (because the password won't let it access my account).  Any ideas how to do this?  I can't be the first person to spell their password wrongly!

Restoring to factory defaults may work. You'll have to input all custom settings.
