Unresponsive screen

I have a TT GO 920 which has not been used for some time.

After turning it on an connecting it to the computer, I see the screen asking to connect or not.

When I press the button with the option to connect, the button are unresponsive.

If I disconnect from the computer and turn it on, it opens the welcome screen and then again the buttons are unresponsive.

Any suggestions?

Re: Unresponsive screen

Try to press the soft reset button. It should be on the bottom of the device, small pin hole.

Yes, I have done that several times, no change.

Thanks.

Re: Unresponsive screen

I am having same issue with GO 930's unresponsive screen.  After the TomTom drum roll brings up a screen requesting screen input, tapping the desired input is unresponsive.  There is one exception, when doing an automatic shutdown the "CANCEL" screen input works fine.  I have also tried the reset button a number of times with no change in results.

Any recommendations for a fix would be appreciated.
