Remember settings

Every time I start my TomTom Go710 I have to reinstall my settings, like Time, Language, Voices etc

Why doesn't it remember my settings ?

 

If I download voices online it does not show the new voices in my TomTom

 

Can anyone help me or advise ?

Try running (3 times) the Clear Flash tool found here:
