I am offered updates to update Premium Speed Camera France and Speed Camera France. As I will be travelling through France next month and I had heard of the camera issue in France, I thought I should carry out this update. But I have tried to update for the past few day and each time I get Internet Service had an Internal Error. Please try again later. After almost a week I am still getting the same error, although when I unselect these two choices I am able to successfully download other updates.
I thought it might be because I have a 730 GO, which is an older model. I have version 9.430
Any help will be appreciated.

Yes, it does say they are busy. Which is why I thought it might be better to send an email with a jpg of the update page. I do not expect a reply until next week though.

In Belgium you must wait at least 1 week before you get an automatic answer...
