I had same problem go to the support page were it says need help click on email tell them you have registered your tomtom but haven’t received your £10 voucher.
I received voucher code two days later.

Its an emailed voucher code to use on tomtom accessories which is a bit misleading i think!
when they sent mine they only sent £8 so i contacted tt customer services and they sent me another one for £10 that didnt work to start with because it claimed i had already used it!
later it worked after tt did something their end!
I used it up and days later the £8 one as well!!!

Go to www.tomtom.com/getstarted and fill out the form(s). When this is done you will receive an welcoming e-mail from TomTom in which the voucher's code is stated. Keep the e-mail or note down the code for later use.
That's all you'll have to do. With me it worked fine.

Hmm, I had a look at that page and it just takes me to MyTomTom page - mentions nothing about 'registering' the product?
I used the search function looking for 'register' - nothing came up, surprise, surprise.
I've already set up my new TT acount with tmy new 1005, but I can't see anywhere to actually apply for this. So, how do I get this magical £10 credit?

Are you sure you haven't overlooked TomTom's e-mail? When you really haven't got one you'd better send an e-mail to Custom Support and ask for the code. I am convinced they will send you the code in a day or two.
