How to Change to new device in MyTomTom

Hi,

I just bought a TomTom 825 to replace my TomTom 530.

 

1. I do not know how to change my device in MyTomTom

2. TomTom Home (latest) does not recognise my new 825.

Technically the software should do it automatically. Try to login on the web site, top right corner, green MyTomTom button, with your old account details. The system should offer you the option to swap. If that doesn't work out, give a call to customer services.
