What voice have you lost? Computer Voice? What's there under Voice Preferences?

Hi the voice ive lost is thr read aloud traffic info it keeps saying ive got a human recored voice selected however ive only 2 english voices tim and jane before i sent my tomtom off for a repair it worked fine thanks tomtom ive had nothing but hassle with this unit and wont be buying another.
