HELP. I CANNOT FIND A SERIAL NUMBER ON MY VIA 135, NOT ON THE TOP, BOTTOM OR SIDE OF THE DEVICE NOR ON A PLATE BEHIND THE WIND SCREEN MOUNT. HELP !!!!!!!!!!
On the Via 135 it's like the picture in the lower left -- it's on the label in the recess where the microSD port and USB cable connection are. The OP couldn't see the serial number label because they had the USB cable connected. I made the same mistake.
