Had a message from MyTomTom saying it was interrupted, but went through just fine, and v11.035 is on the device.

I have 11.174 offered here in the US....outside of restoring bluetooth
function for those that lost it with 11.031 I'm not sure what it's for though...

Hi everyone - just updated the new Navigator vers.11.035.890538.74. First of all, cleared the cache and saved settings in MyTomTom. It took 1 min 45 secs to download then plugged in the Via Live 120 (already switched on and Live services loaded) and installed in the same time too. The device then auto re-booted.
All good this end.

I too downloaded the update to my Via 1530 TM. Download and reboot worked fine, but now I see that in MyTomTom it shows under My Speed Cameras - Speed cameras US - 1 time update "You are not subscribed". The only option is to remove the app. Size is 90.3kb, Status is Outdated, Stored on "My device".
If it is outdated, why doesn't update work on it? Why would I remove it? It doesn't seem like the update for French traffic zones should impact me in the US.
Thoughts, comments, advice?

Being a one time update on the US Via series you're all set. When you set up MyTomTom and connected the first time
you get whatever camera data was available at that time.In order to get future updates you have to purchase a Speed Camera subscription, then you'll get regular updates as long as you keep the subscription active. For you, that means everything is ok and working as it should. This was one of the reasons I wanted to switch to my Go Live series and get the updates OTA.(I had a Via 1535TM prior to my GO)
So,yeah, you basically have it correct.Don't remove it or anything,it's as it's supposed to be.It's outdated because you got the one time update and there's new camera info since you installed it....You're also correct in regards to the French camera's...
No effect for us here in the USA...

That's kinda how I took it when I got my Via also...unfortunately it's not the case....The bundle of services that are
packaged with the Via I had (Via 1535TM) didn't (and doesn't) include anything more than the One Time update that was installed when I first set up my account and linked the Via to it....You get the free map updates and the RDS traffic service
for the life of the unit but Speed cams are a subscription that has to be purchased UNLESS you have a Live unit...which means our Via's aren't "compatable" for free camera updates On that, the USA Via series aren't Live units (European Via's do have a live version though)....As mentioned that was one of the reasons I wanted to switch into my Go Live 1535...I now get camera updates OTA when I turn the unit on each time....
Now,a couple things.....I live in the Boston area....When you check this area for speed cameras you discover that there isn't
much covered here,it's like Massachusetts is a blind spot (or maybe a state that is restricted)...Also,at Best Buy you can purchase a camera subscription for about $20 I believe,PocketGPSworld or one of the other popular sites might even be a better service as you get camera locations as POI's and the subscription is priced very reasonabley....
Sorry for being so long about this.....

Update to new navcore swift and without any problems.
French Speedcameras are gone (some trial routes) but I did not see any danger zones.

They haven't even fixed the known non-sorting, non-searchable Favorites bug... lame...
Still have to force the old favorites layout in options for them to be usable.
