You asked how long it takes TomTom to check an e.mail address,    Could take weeks by my reckoning.  I have now sent TomTom 5 e.mails going back a month or so and have not even had the courtesy of a reply, even if it only says they are looking into my problem.

Seems they are ok if you are purchasing an item but not much good at aftersales.
