advanced live guidance

hi evryone ,

i have  tomtom go live 1005 europe and i am having trauble with the advenced live guidens.

can anybody help please. 

i checked the line emages and still the same .

Try to do a factory reset, and then a soft reset as well. Factory reset will re-set everything to the same stage as it was bought.

Which map version do you have?

 

Edit: Also don't forget, there are no images everywhere. Try to plan a route from Brent Cross to Luton Airport, and play the route demo. It supposed to show some.

The map  I have is 13 months old ,I just got to buy new one and see what happen after that.

I know I can't see line guidance in London, but I managed to run a demo to the motorway,  nothing happening still the same.

Are you sure it is switched on in your settings? Try to switch it off, run the demo again, and try to switch it back on (the ALG, not the device), and try again.

If none of these work, try to call customer services. Maybe your map doesn't have ALG somehow.
