VIA frozen

Ty Tom Tom is completly frozen and i cant makeit work, model VIA 1535, wath can I do????

Full reboot

 

Perform a full reboot (all settings are kept):

 

Press and hold the power button for 15 - 30 seconds untill a drum roll sound is being played. Wait untill the navigation device displays the navigation screen.
