Tried again to update map on three different computers 32 Bit XP and 64 bit runing firefox and received the same error message so i do not think it is a computer operating system issue. Last week Tom Tom customer support said there would be a release next week. If a update in not available to resolve the map update problem in 2 weeks per Tom Tom customer support people will return the GPS unit. if a update is issued and the GPS unit works properly will keep the tt GPS Did use the GPS over the week end, the gps works fine and was acurate with local travel and pick up traffic ok.. However paid extra for the map updates, the updates do not work and not sure if they will ever work.
