User Management Module

Why do I keep getting "Cannot load user management module" messages and similar, every time I want to see any account details or look at my content?

Hi

What a coincidence turned on MyTomtom this morning and got "Cannot load user management module"

You would think the software would collect the error messages and translate them into human speak instead of computer speak.

Still Ctrl/F5 sorted it :smileyhappy:

Microsoft Internet Explorer
Use the following keyboard shortcuts to clear the browser's cache.
Ctrl-F5

Firefox:
Use the following keyboard shortcuts to clear the browser's cache.
Windows: Ctrl +Shift+R
MacOS: Cmd+Shift+R

Safari
Use the following keyboard shortcut to clear the browser's cache.
Alt-Cmd-E

Chrome

  1. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Tools.
  3. Select Clear browsing data.
  4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
  5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
  6. Click Clear browsing data.
