I have a go1005 and am trying to get the latest update. I connected a couple of weeks ago and it failed having talked to the service group on line he indicated your server was under maintenance or having issues. I went back in today and there is an update 64.1mb, Clicked on the download button and an error message comes up on the tomtom saying there was a problem downloading try again later. I contacted the service guys again and he walked me through clearing the cache (twice). Tried to download and it looked like it was starting to download but then failed again. The other interesting point which I find weird is after clicking on the start download button a message comes on the webpage saying your device has the latest updates, but you can see it has only started to download ?
I can call the helpdesk again later on but just in case you are doing anything with the server.

TomTom has been quite slow to listen to the users - but I hope this is getting better now.
Next wishlist is the futureversion roadmap - letting us know what is up next - and when ;-)
