I have just carried out the latest Application update as per Tomtom on Home. On attempting to restart my Device it goes to the Tomtom Splash screen then a picture of a Device then simply back to the Splash Screen and will not go further. I have attempted the following.
1. Reset Device which it does but again same as above.
2. Delete and Install the Application
3. Charge the Battery for a significant period
What I do notice is that even after I have had the device not connected to a charging device for only a few minutes it then takes some 15- 20 minutes when on charge for the light to go from orange to green which I take it indicates charged. I need to sort this out as my warranty expires in a couple of weeks.

Hi, you basically did the steps already. I suggest to call the tech support and troubleshoot with them for more steps.

Connect to Home. Plan a trip. When the routing is complete, disconnect properly from Home using the Device Disconnect icon.
See if that helps.

Out of courtesy thought I would update contacted Tomtom Support who after one set of instructions failed took me through a format of the Device memory card and re install. Got to say I thought the sevice from them was very good and again a big thanks to this site.

Well back with a problem Command and Control greyed out will not allow me to load computer voice stating wrong language which is set to English and operates on other voices.
