Start 20 traffic hardly works

Hi all,

 

At the weekend I purchased a rds traffic receiver but on a journey along the M4 motorway It says it has no signal the Gps is working fine any ideas?

Try to do a soft reset. Press and hold the ON button, until you hear the drum roll. The RDS-TMC receiver the traffic info via radio stations. Make sure the aerial is also somewhere in a good location (for ex. alongside the bottom of the windscreen).
