I join the list of sufferers from this problem. I'm glad it' not just me!
Oh well, Back to Navman I suppose.

NAVMAN dont do it, I bought a 650i I think some 5 years ago, cost just under £1000.00 from Halfords, was suposed to be the dogies dangly bits, hard drive, fantastic tru map presentations, updates bla bla bla. Within 1 year, they droped it and no longer was it updatable. Complaints galore and nothing was offered other than upgrading and that required spending more money. So, sorry not a fan of NAVMAN - Tomtom at least try to help, its just in my experience the updating process is flawed and seems to cause endless problems - enough about that I will await thier solution - I can then say Yes Yes Yes in climax at the soluiton!?

I too have the same issue, just will not download the Denmark cams. I have not contacted TT techs ,but did speak in chat box with an advisor.
She advised me that it could be my browser that is causing the problem? .... IE 9 & firefox 9 not compatible? my answer was well previous downloads worked ok,and had to be a the download that was at fault. Anyway did install google chrome ,but the result was the same.
I guess this is normal for TT software send it out then sort the problems out later, I'm not sure these safety cams are any good, i've noticed some mobile and red light cams didn't alert or show up. I've not had this unit long (3wks)and usually use safety cams from elsewhere ,but since I have 1 year services thought i'd give TT the benefit of the doubt and see if there camera database accuracy had improved.

Hi I had the same problem on Sunday, I tried again to update my Go 825 this evening and this time the Danish speed camera update reported that it had installed OK on "My Tom Tom" Before I could disconnect however "My Tom Tom" was reporting a new update, on checking it was the same Danish speed camera update. I have been round the loop twice and system is still reporting a fresh update, log file reproduced below.

The Denmark update (200 bytes) has re-appeared for my 825 aswell. I guess TT tried to fix it, but the previous update doesn't look hopeful.

I tried the update. Well my nice new 825 is now just a boat anchor, so it couldn't get worse. I go the same problems as cjs . The download and update worked, but I immediatly saw a new Denmark file and my 825 reset without manual intervention. After rebooting, the update restarts, completes and I see the home map but after a minute map goes grey and after a couple of minutes the box resets again and ...... I do not see any new log messages though. I have not had any contact from TT support in response my mail .
