I have reported a similar problem with my LG Arena phone, it disconnects approx. every 15 minutes and then reconnects.
I have also tried soft reset, delete and re-pair. No luck.
I believe the latest update has some problems with Bluetooth.

Do you think it is a TomTom or a phone update that is the problem? If TomTom, what is your latest update? Mine is 11.030.

You mentioned that this started to happen recently....Some have reported certain issues
or bugs after the update....Is that the time frame that your issue started retired prof? OR was it evident prior to the release?

I'm pretty sure its the TomTom, as it all worked perfectly until I performed an update last weekend.
My version is 11.030.850259.74

I have received correspondence from another person who is having the same problem with a different phone and reports that it began with a recent update. I checked the date of my last update, which was more recent than I had thought, and decided that may be myh problem as well. So, the question is: Is it possible to roll the TomTom back to an earlier version of the software, and if so, how does one go about doing that?
Your thoughts?

No, it is not possible.

Thanks for the information. I have sent the following message to one of the more experienced people with whom I have corresponded on this problem and asked for his thoughts.

I'll let you know when I get a response. This may be a solution. Fingers crossed.

Well, I guess the only thing to do at this point is to hope for another update which will correct the problem. However, I suppose the problem needs to be reported to the development team at TomTom in hope that they will begin to work on a fix. Do you know who to contact. Perhaps there is a link on MyTomTom for that. I'll check in the morning.
Thanks again for your efforts on my behalf.

Did an update last night, when I drove to work this morning the bluetooth connection was fine, didn't drop out once. ![]()
So I think this has been fixed in the most recent update. App version now reads 11.031.860447.74
