You need to use MyTomTom to connect to your computer if you have one of the following devices: GO 1000 / 2000 series, GO LIVE 800 series, Via series, Start 20 series, Blue & Me TomTom 2 LIVE, Sony XNV.  See this FAQ for more information:
 

 

Only older TomTom devices connect using TomTom HOME.  See this FAQ more information:
