Anybody know why does my 1005 Europe keeps telling me that I have one item for download (1.5MB)?  The update apparently goes in successfully and then there's another message that an update of the same size is available. I gave up installing them after 6......Is this a fault or are so many updates really available? The device was last connected yesterday. If it's the latter why doesn't my tomtom tell me that I have (say) 6 updates available instead of individually?

Can anybody advise please?

I also had this, try the following:

• Close the internet browser;
• Click on the myTomTom icon in the system tray;
• Click on the button 'settings';
• Click on the 'cache' tab;
• Click on the button 'clear cache';
• Click on 'save settings';

myTomTom automaticly close and restarts, is the program still indicating that a update is available?

Doesn't work unfortunately, as soon as my tomtom reconnects, the icon turns grey with the blue arrow pointing down, ie an update is available,.

I'm shocked and disappointed that the 2D zoom/street name fix wasn't included in the navcore 12 "bug fixes". Any idea if this will ever be addressed? Thanks.

Oh no. 12.035 got serioius bugs :-(

1. Drove along, added a VIA-point 80 km ahead, the1005 did the replanning, showed the VIA-point on the map, but the route didnt detour from the highway to visit it :-(

2. Driving on the highway.

HD traffic showing 23 min delay ahead - BUT DIDNT DETOUR ME!!!

I could see the queue ahead, SO I did a manual detour, and the 1005 kept on trying to get me back on the highway, and into the long que for 1 km or so.

3. Set up a route. Avoid highway. After 30 km, I entered the highway deliberately, and changed route options to "fastest route". 1005 kept on trying to get me to detour from the highway.

Something is quite fishy about the 12.035 NAVCORE.

Try to do a soft reset. It is recommended after each update.

Well, it is definately wrong.....

I tested again today.

I did create a route from Copenhagen to Aarhus (center of town), fastest route.

I added a via point, city of Naestved, city center. Fastest route still. 
The tomtom did NOT replan and to visit Naestved.

I added another via point, city of Svendborg, city center. Same same.

So, dear TomTom, something is quite WRONG with the latest update
