Built-in car navigation

We have bought the live services from the store for outr carmicat build in navigation. As soon as we want to login on my services (on the navigation) it starts to go wrong. The green wheel is starting to go round built after a very long time it says that I cannot login and have to try again later.

I have do an update allreadu, aswell as back to the initial setup but still no sing of logging in.

I have been on the phone with the customerservice for half a day allready but it won't work.

What to do?
