I have a Mazda CX5 which has a NB1 Live navigation system. The manual says to insert the SD card in a PC, which will allow me to backup & refresh maps via TomTom Home.
However, I've tried the the SD card with a couple of PCs and a MAC & it isn't recognised by any of them. I can read other SD cards on any of the test machines I used, but not the Mazda card.
Anyone have any clues?
Thanks.

I'm having the same issue, my computer will read other SD cards, but not the Mazda Map. Any help would be great....!

You have to launch TomTom HOME software first before inserting SD card. Otherwise error message will appear if you insert card first and then launching software. I use Mac and it sees the SD card with no issue.

I also have the same problem. I tried reading the card on 2 PC's and both refused to read it although other SD cards were fine. Unfortunately after trying several times to get it to read I gave up and put it back in the car but now my Sat Nav can't read the card either so it will be a phone call to Tom Tom on Monday.
Did your card work OK afterwards?

Make sure you have the latest SD card reader. Mazda CX-5 SD card is a 4GB card. Old card reader would not recognize it.

My computer is reading the sancard but the TomTom software is not picking up the device. So cranky - I have a brand new CX-5 and the software has just totally stopped working.
