Re: Carminat tomtom

Hi everyone,

@ mgbk-n:

I checked your account and there is a slight issue with the service assigned to you.

Please contact Customer Support to get this sorted out.

@ Kipper:

It is requesting your TomTom account's informatiom. i.e : the e-mail address and password you defined to access your account on www.tomtom.com and in TomTom HOME 2.

Once the information is accepted, all your LIVE services will be active on your Carminat.

Have a good day,

- Sam

Re: Carminat tomtom

Hello

Thanks to everyone at Tom Tom support I have now got live services working again after the Sim  card was unblocked on carminat Tom Tom. I wonder if I didn't down load it correctly (not sure).

Re: Carminat tomtom

Hi. My free subscription expired in April. I was going to renew  but the guys at Tomtom (who can be really nice in many languages - or at least French and English) have said they would sort out  by September the legal problem which the previous French Government  created by making radar detection/warning illegal last January. I thought I should get free service until they did that if I subscribed but the team told me that I would have had to have been paying. SO I haven't bothered. Has anybody tried asking Renault what they think about this and got a reply? I feel a bit put out but can't see what one could do!
