Cannot access Live Services

I have a Carminat TomTom Live (Laguna 2011) - after my 3 months free I purchased a Live subscription which worked fine up until the last few days ...

 

Now all I see is the cant connect icon in the bottom left of the screen.

 

It appears to try to connect but fails.

 

I have updated the software using TomTom Home, still the same.

 

Everything else works fine

 

Ideas anyone ...

Hello, I have had same trouble with my Renault scenic, try this click live service then my account type in e-mail address and password again. If this fails contact Tom Tom support your Simi card may need unblocking mine did,   hope this helps.

Turns out SIM card blocked/locked - quick call to C.S. and all back up and running.

The key words there are "contact services" I would if I could tried e-mails phone ect.

I cannot connect to LIVE Services and displaying ERROR CODE:148. I bought this TomTom GO Live 1005 Southern Africa model on the 31st of May 2012 which is just 3 days ago. I live in Botswana which is part of southern africa. Please help.

Iam connected  to my laptop with a  WiFi to MY TomTom/ getstarted website.

Sorry to hear of your problem,I had the same thing recently,if you can contact TomTom customer services they will send an instruction,it is fairly long and not all of it is relevant but in my case it worked. I have a copy but it would take all night to send. The first thing you must do is ensure you click onto "Information Shareing" make sure you have a GPS signal make sure you are logged onto "My TomTom account make sure connects to live services FROM THE MAIN MENU tap Settings>Connections>Network The status should be connected. if an error message comes up then you must contact customer services. hope that is of some help. Thank you very much. I was just notified that Botswana is not covered yet by Live Services. Only South Africa is currently covered. I am hoping that in no distant future, Botswana will be covered. I actually purchased this device because of the Live services.

Hope you get "LIVE" soon it is a very useful system,I have had a few issues but they get sorted in the end.
